Cubase problem urgent plz help !!!!!!

hey guys i have this problem my cubase does not open...

i start it.. the logo comes it does the audio hardware test sucessfully and after sum time the followin msg comes up..

the instruction at "0x7c90fca2" referenced memory at oxob8c001c". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

plz plz plz help... im currently between recording with my band.. ill be screwd if this continues...
