Cubase LE

I've used Cubase on a pretty limited basis and that was with SE (I'm a Pro Tools and Logic user). I'm looking into picking up a Firepod, and it comes with Cubase LE. I figure this is a good oppertunity to learn my way around Cubase a little more.

What are the main differences between Cubase LE and SE? Same kind of deal as Pro Tools LE to TDM?
