Cubase le 4 pleeasee need helppp - cant get the mixdown sound im lookin 4

Please help , im super frustrated . . . When I am listening to my mixdown in Cubase, it's loud and proud... just perfect! But when I export it and listen in Windows Media/ITunes/Anything, the volume takes a HUGE drop. I have no idea what the problem is... I've done a lot of mixes and I've never had this problem until now... It's like someone came in here overnight and clicked a setting... but nothing looks wrong in the Export settings!

Any of you have this problem or know how to fix it? I checked out the Cubase troubleshooting online... not much help, just some dudes saying that it's not supposed to be as loud as a professionally mastered record, but that's not the problem... it's a technical issue.

Please help if you can, thankss
 
Maybe you are monitoring loud, but the mix levels are quiet.
