Edit: Whatever the problem was it seems to have solved it self, the only thing that is wrong now is that I had to reset the volume on the tracks on the mixer.... Anoying, but not so bad.
I have a big problem, I spend most of the day recording and editing guitar tracks on a new song, and even though they are recorded in 24 Bit 96 Khz, as the rest of the song, and both Windows and Cubase it self agrees this is in fact the resolution the files have, Cubase refuse to play them at the correct pitch.
Windows Media player does the job just fine, so there is nothing wrong with the files as such, it's just Cubase that somehow mess these particular files up when playing them back.
And what is even more strange: Cubase play at the correct speed, just in a higher pitch.
Could someone please help me?
