i've been using ntrack - but something tells me i can get better final mixes, etc. with cubase. is this just me thinking i need to upgrade for no reason?

in ntrack i use all of the following:
volumes, effects (sonic foundry paragraphic eq, some reverb/delay, blueline compressor, endorphin), occasional aux sends for some of the effects, a lot of volume envelope stuff, panning of course, some pan envelope stuff, lots of .wav edits and cuts and copys and pastes (ntrack makes it simple...just like you're cutting text...highlight and ctrl+x, etc.)....

how easy can i do all that in cubase? is it worth the upgrade? will i notice any difference whatsoever?

ps - in time i will purchase me delta44...any tips on which is beter with 4 inputs at once?
