Cubase Ai6 upgrade to ELEMENT 7

got a copy of Cubase AI6..downloaded it. went and clicked UPGRADE to ELE 7..paid the $39.99 got email/reciept of payment/32 digit activation code etc.etc. click download..then install..all i get is Cubase
LE Ai 7 trial version...(OUCH ! $40.00 TRIAL ) not sure but don't think that is the upgrade i payed for.
should i try the AI6 DISC again ? can i get my $ back ? Ack ! Ack ! help i am lost !.....LOL...
