Critique my Vocals, please...

So, everybody has heard my singer for the project I'm working on, well take a listen to how I sound doing some vocals... The beginning is very extreme, but it gets clean. Let me know what you think, if it fits and such. I'm possibly thinking of overtaking vocals on the project, so take a listen to the other songs if you like too and give me some honest feedback. Hard to comment on just vocals. Sounds like you are processing quite liberally for intonation, but a few intonations noted. Maybe that is your desired effect. In all honesty, with the heavy style I would need a submix to really pronounce the vocals and give you an honest opinion. Overall what I heard they were not bad, but I heard some weak spots that may be improved on if you are seriously wanting vocal quality advice. Hope this helps.

It was kind of just thrown together roughly. I didn't really do too much with it. Also, I havn't sang in awhile so I'm still getting back into it.

Understand. I sing myself, am capable of doing that style though probably not nearly as well as you, but post a mix when you are more pronounced in volume and I can comment better. If not, as I may or may not have said previously, the vocals fit the style, just may be some mixing tricks others could offer you to polish the final tracks. Good job, man

I'm really curious though what you think of my singing voice vs the singer on the tracks from the strike the assassins album on the site. I've run into the problem where he doesn't like the heavier stuff I write sometimes, but I'm the one writing and recording the music, so I don't want to bend too much. Plus I listen to alot of extreme metal. Basically, I am looking for feedback to see if I sound good enough for my tunes I write. Which it seems like I am.
