Critique My Mix! (R&B/Acoustic)

Ok, this is a piece I recorded for a client. It's a bit out of my, er, comfort zone. I usually record indie rock, folk, and acoustic stuff for folks.

Guitar was played by a contracted musician; I did all the other instrumentation (Damage, LASS 2, etc.)

Thoughts? Don't be afraid to be critical, I'm quite new to this (I just bought my Mac back in January lol).
 
Music style aside....recording is not bad at all. With the sparse mix, I think you could bring the music up a bit more throughout. The vocal is good and strong so don't be afraid to push the music up, the vocal won't collapse.
At the very end the music is almost where it should be level wise.

Wow, ok, thanks for that! That's encouraging. I'll definitely try that out.
