Created mp3 for cell phone

I'm tired of listening to other people's music on my cell phone when somebody calls. I just created a segment of my music via Cubase and saved it to MP3 format. How can I get that into my cell phone to replay what I currently have as my Ringtone?

Geez MP3 Clinic threw me ... It made me think people here knew a thing or two about MP3 applications.

So instead of just saying, "Wrong Forum" maybe you can tell me what would be the forum to ask this question?
