That's awesome you even did an A/B. Of course, whatever sample you used for the digital one completely sucks, so I decided to compare yours with the cowbell from EZDrummer. No comparison, yours still sounded way better. EZD must have bought that $9 cowbell you were looking at.

Very cool. Thanks, Chili. The sample was from FL Studio. It was the only cowbell I had till I bought my own. Anyway, I'm thinking delay on it will make it better, yeah?

The first one sounds like a sound from some old 16-bit games console. Might be able to use it as a percussive effect in something/somewhere with an electronic bent, but I don't think it's going to fool anyone that it's jen-you-wine cowbell.

Cowbell number 2 sounds proper cowbell.
