Count-in

Does anyone know if there's a way to set a count-in time before ACID starts recording? Or is moving all the stuff in the track over a bar or two to the right the only way? And is there a way to get a metronome tic going for recording?

Hi Al,

As far as I know, ACID doesn't have a built-in metronome, but you could always, just create a track with a snare side stick sample playing on every beat and use that as a kind of metronome.

Or you could just compose your percussion tracks using samples first, and simply play along with those as you record your own tracks.
