That mixer's pretty old (70's I believe) so I couldn't find much info on it or any pictures. If you are asking if they will work together, you should be fine. Just run the outputs of the Yamaha to the inputs of the Delta. It being only a 12 channel mixer, I wouldn't imagine that it would have more than 4 outs (like mains and then maybe 2 subgroup outs), so you should be fine with the Delta 44.
haha no thats not the reason for my name, but i needed the info ina hurry cause it was ending on ebay. i didn't get it cause it does not have phantom power so....nevermind
