Hi,
I haven't yet started to use N-Track, as I'm in the process of researching software and components for a DAW, but have decided to go with N-Track as the multitrack software that I'm going to use.

In addition to my personal, musical projects, I will be recording a CD of relaxation exercizes for use in my professional (psychotherapy) practice.

I intend to market this CD and was wondering if N-Track has any form of copy protection software incorporated into it, or if there needs to be any kind of interaction between N-Track (as the multitrack software program), and separate copy-protection software.

Any other thoughts about the potential benefits and disadvantages of how this kind of software may affect or influence using N-Track would be most helpful for me.

Thanks,

Geert, in Toronto.

There is no such thing as "copy protection".

Even the BigBoy Record Companies seem to have forgot with their $million schemes that anything that can be played can be copied. All you have to do is hook a CD player up to the line-in port and re-record it.

If you want protection, just do what everyone does and just file a copyright claim with the government of your country. That's what they are there for and that's what you'll have to do to sell your stuff anyway....

Probably not the place to ask this, but what does a copyright claim consist of, and how much does it cost?
