Converting MP3 to wav files

I want to put some vocals on an original MP3 track some friends have put together. I am a new user of Cakewalk Guitar Studio 2. I'm having a hard time converting the MP3 to wav file so I can import it and lay vocals in real time. Any tips on where I can get more guidance?
