Converting Midi to Audio in Sonar 2.0

Right now I am recording Midi then exporting the file as a wave and then converting it to an MP3 and then Importing it back.

I know there has to be a better way.

MP3 is a lossy format; 80% of the information is thrown away to crunch the size down.

ALWAYS export to a non-compressed .wav file and bring it back in...
