connecting mixer to computer

hi. i'm trying to connect my behringer ub1204 fx pro to my computer while just using a 1/4" to 1/8th " ... i'm getting sound in my headphones, but nothing shows on the computer when im reocrding. basically i'm unsure which outputs to use and what i need turned on my mixer. you can check out my mixer here ... http://www.behringer.com/02_products/prodindex_ub.cfm?id=UB1204FX&lang=eng that'd be awesome if someones already doing something like this and can help me out or can just offer any suggestions at all. thanks a ton. -michael

You could use a cable with a 1/8" stereo miniplug on one end and two 1/4" mono jacks on the other, and plug them into the Control Room Outs or the Alt 3/4 outs.
