Connecting Mixer to Computer

I have an Allen and Heath Mini Mixer. it's quite old i think, here is a picture.

at the back it has 6 input sockets; 2 sends sockets, one marked echo, one marked cue; 2 returns sockets, one left, one right and tow outputs sockets, one left, one right.

How can i connect this to my computer? Is there anythng else i really need to know about this mixer before messing around, as I've just been given the mixer and i know little about it.

What exactly are your aux-sends?
Mono Jack? Stereo Jack? Cinch-Cinch?

Outputs LR- to Stereo Y cable with mini plug into the Line in on your soundcard.

Everything you need is at radio shack. Just like ol Texas roadkill said. The computer uses a 1/8 inch jack so you need a Left and right Y cable that goes from 1/4 to 1/8

and plug the 2 1/4" cables to your "main output"
the 1/8" into the mic plug on your soundcard
