Now that i've worked out wat i wanna get (well almost) before i go out to buy it i need to make sure everything will work together.

Now this is the way i wanna hook everything up can you please tell me if this will work

i wanna plug my sm58 to a pre amp (joe meek mq3) then put that through to my vs-880 and then plug that into my soundcard (midi man audiophile 24/96). now thats my input covered i think i should have no problem as far as that goes

now i wanna connect a pair of event 20/20bas into the soundcard as well as the vs 880. will i have enough outputs for this and can i do this with thisd sound card???.

side note. the reason why i need the sound card needs to have an output to the vs-880 is cos the beat is being produced on the comp.

ay bit of help will be helpfull

Run your Meek directly into the sound card. No need to go through the VS880.

Run the outs of the soundcard into the VS880 and the outs of the VS880 to the monitors.

re

the vs 880 only has a right and a left output, i've never used powered monitors so mind my ignorance but is it possible to use one cord to plug the left and another cord to plug the right?,not like a normal stereo speaker

Question (it's still kind of early for me so I may have missed the obvious point):

The vs-880 is a hd-recorder, right? Then why do you need to have the M3Q going into the soundcard? Do you use your pc as a recording device as well?
