Hey, i jsut bought the delta 1010lt , it advertises NO LATENCY but when i go into the options on sonar 2 the lowest latency i can set it to is 5.3 ms...why is this and can i make it go to 0.....also it says it has 8 analog ins and 8 outs which is partially true...but i cant have eight instruments all with their own ins and outs because the outs can only be stereo....is this unchangeable?

Zero latency applies for Hardware Monitoring only. That means you'll get zero latency when you plug your guitar to IN, and monitor through it's OUT. When you record a track, you use low latency drivers. I think 5.3ms is pretty good. You won't notice the gap, unless you have golden ears

Yes, you can virtualy route any IN to any OUT you want :) It's tweak-able from M-Audio control panel.

Read the manual, it's all good explained there.

i did but all the outs are stereo

Open Delta control panel, uncheck "Link" (or something) on stereo tracks... you'll get 8 independent mono outs... :)

yeah, they just look like there stereo, which they can be, but as James said un-check the "stereo link". Also when you chose your input you'll be choosing the "Left M-Audio Delta 1010LT 1/2" or "Right M-Audio Delta 1010LT 1/2" but not the "Stereo M-Audio Delta 1010LT 1/2" on the app input section.
