Can you guys tell me what you think would be a top of the line computer/soundcard now a days for Professional Audio/Video Editting?

What Brand and models for, how much, how fast:

Processer
Ram
HD
Sound card (with lots of ADAT in/Outs + other connectors)
Video Card (with 1 monitor out, with 2 monitor out)
Do I need something special for Smpte connection?
What else Can you tell me? WHat else would I need?

Any good prices on Computer screens? Where does dot pitch play a roll in these?
