Computer keyboard as MIDI controller

I was just wondering if their was anyway of using my keyboard (the one i type with on my computer) as a midi controler for the soft synths that I have in Sonar. I really dont want to buy a controller but i hate using the mouse. Is their anyother way to go about doing this?
 
yes, its a vst plugin called trollo, and it's a free download. I can't remember the site I found it on, but if you do a google search you should find it. Ill look for the site and post it here if find it, let me know if you find it as well. I actually just bought the oxygen 8 though, its pretty cheap right now.
