Computer interface for monitoring

Hi all,

I have a pretty simple setup at home.

PC
M-Audio Keystation 49e (I use the usb connection)
Rokit 5" Monitors

I am looking for an interface to go from my pc to my monitors. What would anyone suggest for under $200? The reason for the budget is because it is simply a hobby, not a proffesion.

Wouldn't that be an unbalanced connection to my monitors though? If I have an unbalanced connection, I get a high pitched noise out of my left monitor.
