What is a good set up to have for making drum beats with my computer? I want to be able to add drums to my tracks, but don't want to set up and record acoustic.

for basic beats you can use Fruity Loops......
for better grooves, you can get some premade loops (like Discreet Drums) and put them together in Acid......

i downloaded fruity loops 3 and i wanna know how the hell you get a normal drum set with the high hat,bass, toms,cymbals,snare all i find is these stupid sets please help.

you have to find some samples somewhere and load them in.....just right click on which instrument (kick for example) you want to change the sample of and hit load sample and point it to the sample you want to use.......
