Hi there,
Hopefully within the next few weeks im getting some equipment for a little home recording setup (computer based). the computer i was going to use was an old dell with extras in it. it was really nothing special. iom getting a load of decent mics (sennheiser e609s, sm57, akg d112 etc) and i am getting a soundcraft fx16 mixing desk. the soundcard ive ordered is the m-audio delta 1010lt. im thinking as everything else is guna be "pukka" equipment, i might aswel get a pukka computer (makes sense). my bro is a computer whiz kid so he is guna help me build one. the one we have planned has the below spec:
Pentium 4 2.4GHz
512MB RAM
i was just wondering if this would be suitable for what im planning to do, im quite sure it will be! replies would be great, cheers.
