I decided I want to buy myself some recording equipment and I would like to create music within the Rap and Hip-hop/R&B genre. I've done some research, and the condenser that I'd like to buy is the AT2020 as I have heard it is a good condenser for beginners. Now that i've chose my condenser, I'd obviously need a audio interface but i'm not sure which one to get, I want to be able to plug headphones in to it, my budget is tight, i'm willing to spend around £60 ($100). I want the best quality possible for my budget. Thanks.

Lol. I want a late model Porsche for around $100 too. Nonetheless you do have some options.

Would there be a significant difference if I bought a more expensive audio interface?

That is a value judgement. Appreciate that a recording environment is more then the electronics... it's the suitability of the room you're recording in (record in your kitchen sometime), it's the accuracy of your monitors (a pair of iPod speakers probably aren't the best choice), and of course it depends on your ears. If you had an outstanding room, great monitors, and trained ears I daresay that you would appreciate the limitations that a $50 Behringer preamp brings to the table.
