I'm about 99 % sure I wanna get rid of my complete studio. (thinking of up grading the whole thing) the oldest piece of equipment is about 6 months old. some is still in the box. the reasons I’m selling is because I’m buying as I’m learning, and now that I have a good idea on how everything works I want to use the cleanest stuff that is available. Here is a list of what I have for sell.

1 Aardvark Q-10
1 complete studio PC *NEW*
2800AMDxp w/1gig ram
2 Focusrite trackmaster’s
2 ESI 70watt Biamp studio monitors
1 Eurorack 1620 line mixer
1 PowerPlay ProXL headphone amp. up to 12 phones out
1 Glyph Hard Drive 80 gig
6 drum mics in hard case with clips SHURE pgdmk6
1 SM57
1 C1 Studio Projects w/ case wind screen and shockmount
1 pop filter
3 ATH-M20 Headphones
1 HOSA Rack Mount
plus audio programs, plugins and all the wiring and connecting you need.

I HAVE ALL THE MANUALS.

If you are interested in this studio please e-mail me with a price, and if I like it I will get back with you. This is most definately a pick up only thing, I live about 45 minutes north of AUSTIN, TEXAS

thank you. :)

(kicks the can walking down the street) its no fair...only people in texas get to buy the stuff :(

Just because of a recent thread and you only have 24 posts I am going to be more scepticle with oyu.

2 Focusrite trackmasters doesn't make it sound like you can upgrade a whole lot higher without spending over $1500 on any new mic pres you might obtain.

You are selling an 80 gig harddrive. Now what are you planing on recording to if you are not going to a computer...since you seem to be selling that too.

A SM57. Thats a fixture of any studio and if you are upgrading its not something you would normally see as something that needs it in the first place. If you have 10 of them, then pardon this comment. :D

Now, are you just rich, or are you 'upgrading' to a Tascam 4 track?

You see what I am saying? You would need to drop about $10,000 to completely start over if you are 'upgrading' everything you are replacing. It just makes something smell like bullshit.

 Outlaws....do you ever read a post before you start these stupid tirades?
He said " it's a pickup thing? If you're directly picking something up...what is there to be skeptical about?

ugh......Didn't you get shafted in that thread? Thought you would have learned a thing or two. But I guess you can't teach a dinosaur a new trick.

i.m trying to sell it all as one. i,m trying to add money to what i have now. this is for someone who is interested in home recording, buit has not bought anything yet. Like a band who is tired of paying for studio time and has been interested in recording. If i sell some an interface it doesn't really help them if they have no mic, or a computer to record into. the package thing is to help out the buyer so that he/she can start recording as soon as they hook it up. (wich i will aslso help with "via telephone")

2cnd I would never scam someone. i would send pictures after we comunicating.

3rd i do plan on buying thousand dollar pramps, I plan on owning a studio and fell that if someone is trusting me with there creative projects i owe it to them to do the best with my time, and my equipment.

p.s. why would you reply if you aren't interested, i do pick up only cause i dont want someone to spend all this money with out playing with it first.

Because a lot fo people show up to this board with very, very few posts, and then scam people. Its just a way of sorting out the trash from the legit deals. Nothing personal.

Hey I'd like to see the stuff your selling. I've lived in Austin before. I use to live on breaker lane. I'm about 200 miles away now, but I visit Austin sometimes. If you have some thats worth something to me then I like to deal.

i agree.....you have 25 posts....most people show up knowing nothing or not much and want to buy a equipment but dont know what to get for what they want to do and 25 posts into it you are selling a bunch of equipment.

none the less, I'm interested in:
the sure mic set, and the pop filter...
if you can get me some pics and wanna mail it, and give me your price, let me know. ha

i thought he was anti-shipping....you gonna drive down to texas for a mic set and a pop filter? pick me up! I'm just a thousand miles out the way in NC but i'd grab the headphone amp and c-1 lol

In reading his post, it looks like he's selling everything as a full package only

yeah i know....i figure he'll follow in the footsteps of so many others and realize that he can get rid of stuff quicker selling it seperately. but shhhhh...lets let him figure it out :D

I really can't tell you if I've got shafted... yet, since everything is not over. I may end up getting shafted, but I've done well over 200 purchases, trades on the 'net without problems & that doesn't include the 100+ on ebay. Because of one person, I haven't started accusing everyone trying to sell something of being a crook. Point is...if this seller is going to meet you for the sell, why would you find it necessary to be skeptical of the sell? What might you suggest that would be anymore assuring to a buyer, than someone meeting you & handing you the stuff in person?
btw...I am learning "a thing or two", but I'm not over-reacting to the point of accusing everyone of being a crook.

FYI....check out the "store closing" thread by Chris Klein & you'll see what outlaws is talking about.

Well, the odds of someone offering to buy the whole package is like like my chances of reaching space. It might happen and be within my budget in the next 50 years, but I am not holding my breathe. Most who are just starting out and need equipment are not gonna go, "OMG let me buy all that 'stuff' that I don't know what it does". And if they do know what it doesn, they are going to already own most of the basics anyways.

And if you see above where I question his "starting over", you can maybe understand where it doesn't seem to make sense.

Also, it seems to me people paid that guy (from the other thread) 2 weeks ago or longer, and he isn't responding and one of the victims (yes, at this point people imo are victims, not recipients waiting for items in transit) is getting the run around from a "mother".

Its nice you see things as half full, but you got the short end of the stick IMO and the sooner you drive to the address and cut the throats of anyone who lives there, the sooner you can start looking for your money.

:D

???????????????????????
so you bring cash?
to a stranger? in a strange place?
but you feel safe because you have had 200 internet purchases?
he will get you pictures later?
he wants you to play with it first??
