Hi home recordists.. Any of you looking to step into the commercial world? I am planning to lease a 2500 sq ft warehouse with 22' ceilings in Beltsville, MD, but need to offset the rent by subleasing. I'm looking to rent about 900 sq ft. Must have own clients and gear.
