Cool Tune - bit of an 80's flavour (Thompson Twins - Hold Me Now) but sounds modern too. Well played/recorded/mixed. The theme is so true - addicted to the Internet! Like couch potatos and TV.......

Would you like to explain where you think the 80'ties sound comes from ?
Drums, or is it the melody of the vocal .. .?

stmoeller60 - The drum beat, synth and sound of the vocals (and a tiny bit of the vocal melody) are giving me that 80's vibe. "Hold Me Now" came to mind when I heard it - although listening again, your tune has a faster tempo.

I hope you take that as a compliment, because although it has an eighties vibe it is still a very good original tune.

Thanks. Still I'm not sure how to get rid of that sound.
Many people think my songs sound "outdated" or "retro", I don't know where it comes from.

Does Shania Twain give you the same 80'ties feel ?

Awesome song! I only wish I could write and record a song with that quality. I agree about the 80's vibe. it might be the drums, or it might be the melody.. I'm not sure. but it's a cool song. well done
