Click Track

When i am playing drums and recording to the click on tracktion 2 i often loose the tempo because its the same frequencey as the cymbals and if i turn it up too loud it just kills my ears. is there anyway to change the way the click sounds?

Is there any way you could route the click output through a separate bus and add a pitch shifter plugin to it?

its not an actual track. i cant put any plugs on it

i cant find one on that link. i went to the percussion section and all they had was clave.

Cowbell. I've used it on several songs recently, and it's not fatiguing, and it doesn't seem to conflict with anything else (unless you are playing B.O.C. songs).
