Is there a way to get a click track from a ProTools session while recording into an Audio track, i.e. using Mic, instead of MIDI? The only place where I see a "Click Option" is under the MIDI menu.

I'm confused about what you're asking. Are you saying you want a non-MIDI click?? Something that you recorded or something?? The usualy way to create a click track is:
MIDI menu--> click (to enable the click option or press click in the transport)
Create a mono Aux input and insert the click plugin on that track
select a sound preset
choose MIDI menu-->click options to set the click and countoff options (such as which notes to play, when to play it, how loud to play it, etc.)

This is still a MIDI click, but it's not on a MIDI track. It's utilizing an insert on an Aux track instead.

listen,

make an audio mono track, and then "insert" a plug in, in your plug ins list called "click" youll see it in the plug ins menu.

THEN, go to MIDI, in your toolbar and go to click options.
at the top of the menu after you click it, youll see these options-

only during record

only during countoff
or
during playback and record

choose the third option and youll always hear your click in action whether youre playing back or recording.

click on!
