Better Than You
When I record using the click track for recroding and playback the first track I do is fine. While recording the second track all is fine. However, when I play back the 1st and 2nd togeather they are out of snyc. It gets worse as the track go on. Anyone have any idea? When I record without the click all is fine.

I had a problem with this when I was using my old VIA chipset-based computer with my new m-audio delta 66. Unfortunately in my case the only solution was to get a new computer :D.

I tried a lot of things, the one thing I did do to have the biggest effect was to play with the buffer settings, more or less maxing them out.

BTW, what does your setup consist of? IE, soundcard, computer etc.

Are you using the metronome function???

I ALWAYS use a standard .wav file track that I make in Fruityloops or ACID instead. It's SO much more reliable.

I second this opinion wholeheartedly. I just reread the initial post here, and saw that everything is fine without the click track. So everything is in perfect sync without the click?

Another proggy that is damn cheap and easy to make a click track in is Leaf Drums.

Yea, I've been using a .wav for a click. I make it with my V-sessions. I just thought it might be better to do it with the program itself. Thought I was doing something wrong. Cool, I feel much better about this now. Thanx.

you using a delta soundcard? try the newest drivers.

I'll third that notion...build your click track with a different program!
