Cleaning?

I looked at the slides on my 1680. They are all gunked up with dusty dirt and what appears to be hair? I keep it covered up, but I have never cleaned it. What can I do, chemicals, electronics cleaner? I want to get it looking new.

To keep my stuff clean I just run the little brush/hose/vacuum attachment thingy over all my gear once a week or so. It gets all the dust from all the little places between keys and faders and knobs and the like.

Cool, never thought of that. Dont they make one that attaches to my vaccum I have already?
