Cleaning up the mess....

So, I've been using this one tune to learn on. In the last month I've tracked, stretched, twisted, trimmed, moved, deleted, copied, & about worn out 7 midi tracks & 5 audio tracks, but that's ok cause I've learned a lot. Now i'm seeking info on cleaning up this mess & getting rid of all the unused info. My po' boy laptop is overloaded & i'm getting lot's of error messages. Any recommended tutorials, suggestions, warnings, smartass remarks?

i believe when you make a backup of the project (into a new folder) it gives you the option of omitting all the unused objects. (I think).
that might work.

If you open the Pool, you can remove unused files.
