does anyone know of any good free church bell samples, as well as some choir, church organ, string section, or just plain atmospheric soundfonts/samples i can use for my current melodic death/black metal project?

Just program your own. You can do some convincing bells with FM and additive synthesis.

right now i've been using fruity loops to program all my synths and drums, and recording guitars and stuff into tracktion 2

Try this...Ringing.info scroll to the bottom of the page there is a section on reordings. Also google "campanology" you should find quite a few out there.
