Well, the first part sounded like it was a sample. There was no blend, nothing. Second part, if this was done with multiple samples, sounded good, but went way too long without anything happening. The part that become redundant (90% of the track), is where most people would make the repetitive part, less so. On other words, the base is there, then other samples, glitching, something would kick in/out while the base plays.
If the later (after 0:22) were a bunch of different samples mixed, sounded pretty good as a mix. As a composition, pretty boring.
