I have watched this board for quite some time now. I have seen a lot of talented cats here. Beat makers rappers mc's you name it . the only thing i havent seen is collaborations, cats working together for the love of it to help other cats or make new connections and open up doors. We can love the music all we want but untill we start making our own connects and networking amongst ourselves some fat cat with a business degree will always control the industry. From what i have seen everybody is affraid they will get got for something they made. So in turn no body is willing to take the first step which is what keeps industry cats happy. my question is Where is the love. I have seen hotter shit on this board than i have on the charts lately. Start networking fellows it always about the money in the begining but more about getting established

Let me start the network:
I produce hip-hop-reggae-and R&B sometimes all blend together my site is www.mp3.com/megadon (megadon production) i sometimes drop a few rhymes www.mp3.com/danejah released 1 cd so far that was my "let me see if i can do this" I'm all for calob... anything i can do i'm right here:)
 
What, I been thinkin about doin a hiphop/calypso beat for awhile, Holla on the email DaneJah, let me know what equip your using, and see if we can't start somethin
 
yeah - what equip would one need in order to participate ?
 
If you record in the same environment(software wise) we should be able to pull it off, if It's sarcasm that your kickin, then --------figure it out yourself, equip wise, would be to figure out who gonna eq and effect what, who gonna make this part the beat or that part the beat.
 
most definately where is it at post it up. what type of beat is it?
 
here's a low quality mp3 of the intro, like I said, it's just the start to a basic beat, but with different inputs, it could fly----someone could change up the bass, someone could make a bridge----------infinite possibilities with the collab thang, holla if you feelin the idea
