great deal if you want drum bags of poor quality with goofy logos and you don't have a kick drum
 
how about a Fitty dollar Rogue guitar? if it's even half-way decent, i'll tell my mom to buy it, because for some reason she wants one for her house even though nobody there knows how to play. i guess she's thinking in case guests come over and want to play guitar or something.

i could probably do a bit better for $50 though....or not?

I have enough guitars... I'll only replace guitars not, not add to the collection...

Seriously, dude, it's hard to walk around my apartment. I'll have to rent storage if I buy more guitars or speakers...
 
If it's any consolation, I own like 13 guitars. There are limits...

I'm getting restless. There's a potential meeting looming over me that could cause me to miss the unveiling of the new stupid deal... I'm just waiting to get called in then come back an hour later to a sellout :(

I got two pair of these, too. I couldn't resist. I would have gotten more if it was a more mainstream mic, but they might be hard to resell since there's not much on the net about it...

I'm stoked to have 4 $100 mics for $100, though :).

Hey, if I use all 4 together, would that give me the sound of a $400 mic? ;)

WHAT??!! MF ships to Germany...and for FREE?! I thought they only shipped outside the U.S. to Canada or only certain items to Europe. :eek: Please let me know because I'm also in Germany and I have a hard time finding gear here.

No I get shipped to a US address, sorry for the mixup. I do live in germany, so I'm always awake for the deal, but they don't ship to germany for free (I'm not even sure they ship to germany at all...)
 
wierd that the 9000 isn't shown on MXL's website. from what i gather, it's sort of a downgraded version of the V76t. same capsule but different guts. the price is pretty nice though, and even if it's slightly better than the LDCs i have now it'd be a welcome improvement....
 
I'd be surprised if they don't sell out soon. It's another pass for me, though. I'm still breaking in my new msh-1's :)
 
Bah, I'm thinking about buying this mic. Anyone have any experience with it?
 
Sorry I passed and I have no idea. A lot of people here like mxl mics, though.
