For those who haven't purchased one yet:
Just got back from the local guitar center to purchase a midi to pc cable. Their price was $30, but I noticed some software boxes from "midisoft" on the shelf (a now defunct company). They have a product called "Midisoft kit" that has the cable in it, along with recording/mixer software and a video I probably will toss. BUT, the key word here is it's$19 cuz the software is obsolete. Cable works great though..!
