Hi,
I have a friend who wants to download some orchestral type (clarinet) midi files which he can then transpose, view & print out in notation form.
Any ideas on a cheap (or freebie) program he can get which will do this? Not necessarily Cubase.
Many thank in advance.

There are a bunch of free ones for Windows that do this (strictly MIDI), just do a google search for "free midi recorder" or "free midi program", most of them have the ability to display sheet music of the midi programming. It's weird that Garageband doesn't do it.

Thanks very much for the very helpful recommendations which I'll pass on to him.
