Changing sustain in midi files.

Hi there,
I want to change the note duration (sustain) for all of the notes in a midi file. Can this be done simultaneously for all notes without necessarily having to change each note individually?
Do I need a Cal programme? And if so, does anyone know where I can find the programm file?

I gues nobody knows the answer so I've found it out myself:

Open the piano roll, select all the notes, right click, select note, uncheck audio stretch, put in a value between 1 and 5000, and click OK.
