CEP Mixing + Questions

When i load tracks into CEP the track bars look perfect and everything and the quality doesnt jump like mine. When I record, The bars go high, then low, the high and there all different they keep jumpin around, is there a way to fix that? and when i insert it into the beat it looks horrible and the quality isnt amazing.

Also, When u record is good to high and lower parts of what you recorded or just leave it like it is and adjust the beat volume??
 
I have no idea what you are asking.

I would like to help but you are not making any sense. Your asking about bars. What bars? If you want help your going to have to be more specific as to what your asking.
