Cd cover

Does anyone here need a cd cover?

I wont charge more than $10. And no the design wont suck.

The reason I want charge more then ten bucks is because I'm on 15, I want be printing them and I feel like helping you guys.

Anyone interested?

Thanks for the offer, but I think we'd like to see some of your work first. Also being 15 means sh*t. I've known a lot of young guys who can hold their own.
 
Not a bad offer. For a project I played on recently, they hired a "real" designer and ended up paying her $500 for the cover art. It wasn't even camera ready when it was delivered, which cost them another $100 from the printer. Funniest part was, it looked like a grainy photo of some old carpet with the band's name super-imposed onto it...

Heck I might send you $10 because I admire your hootspa!
 
^ wow...i'd be pissed.

i have a guy doing hand illustrated art for my hiphop CD, great at realistic illustration or graffiti style caricatures. only charging me 100 for the layout!

Oh they were... they'd found this lady through the graphic design department at the local University. She was a grad student and came highly recommended. This was a bunch of guys who had all graduated from there (as did I) so I guess they felt obligated.

She probably should be selling magic beans or something instead of the art thing...

Hmmm, surely they should have agreed the approach she would take and listened to her ideas for design before giving her the go ahead. they only have themselves to blame if they gave her a completely free hand to do whatever she wanted. Artists are unpredictable people!

And so were these guys in the band... :) I always suspected there was at least one member of the band that had some other "motives" in that transaction...

gullyjewelz, since he hasnt been back....your name looks like youre a hiphop artist...let me guess, looking for a mixtape cover...

i know of a guy doing covers and back's for very cheap too, like 10 bucks each.....and i can show you his work....dont wanna steal business away from the kid, but just dont want you to go unanswered either...so pm me if you want a link.
 
^^Thats messed up to man. I have to go to school and stuff thats why I couldnt reply. If I got interest in the other guy though I bet I can make a better design.

im sorry man, i just see alot of people who need timely responses get left hanging, i havent sent him anything, but heres the link to see. Even though like i said, its hip hop styled design.
