I know you guys can help me on this. I have a compaq computer with cdrw drive and I want to mix down from my yamaha md8 mini disc to cd. I assume that the stereo line in on the computer is the way to patch in since the md8 does not have digital outs. Can i record from mini disc to cd without recording to hard drive first? If that can't be done then i assume that wav file is the only way. I hope there is a way to go from mini disc to cd without any other steps.
