Can anyone give me advice on how to turn cassette recoordings into mp3s?

hey!
to turn a tape into a cd or mp3 the only way that i can think of is with the computer.
1.get some mp3 software (at circit city or somplace like that)
2.put your tape into a tape deck(at circit city or somewhere)
3.run a rca cord out of your tape deck into the line in or mic in of your computer.
4.record the tape onto the mp3 software and then convert to mp3!
if this do't work then ask some one at circit city or somepleace like that!)

Connect TAPE DECK to your COMPUTER, record music into COMPUTER, then use a SOUND EDITOR to convert the WAVE FILES into MP3 FILES.
