cassette machine to Vegas

I have a 424mkIII.

I have a M-audio 1010LT.

I have Vegas 4.

How do I hook these up? I need help badly. I want to transfer all 4 tracks off the 424mkIII into Vegas. Is that possible? What software would allow me to do that if not?

Assign 4 mono tracks in Vegas to 4 of the inputs on the 1010LT and connect the 4 Tape outputs of the 424 to those four inputs of the 1010.
Arm the four mono tracks for recording, start recording in Vegas and playback on the 424.

That's the problem I am having. I cannot see in Vegas where to assign anything to a track.
