I need some advise. I have a Tascam 103 cassette recorder that has always played and recorded at the wrong speed. Not so bad at first, then it got worse and I took it to get fixed. When I got it back, it was better, but still didn't play at the right speed. But it wasn't so bad that I wanted to go throught the hassle of taking it back the shop. Well, it's worse again and I'm wondering if I should get it fixed again or just buy a new one. Or is this a simple matter of replacing a belt? The play and record heads have very little wear and it makes very clean copies-just at the wrong speed.
