Casio CZ-101 fault

Hi All
My CZ has died. On both batteries and psu-most of the LED;s light, no functions from the buttons, no sound. Top row of LCD screen shows very dim blocks. Have tried reset with P button.
Is there a hard factory reset please?

Are you confident enough to open it for a look? (unplugged of course).

Quite often there are molex or ribbon connectors that can need reseated with time.
Plus, if there's a blown capacitor or burned out component, you might be able to see it.
