Anyone have any tips on playing drums using the keys? As far as fills, kick drum, snare, etc. I am just looking for some other people's ideas on how they you this. I havent tried to record any of the tracks, wondering if that helps.

my tip is, if you're recording to a computer with limitless tracks, do one drum or two drums at a time with one or both index fingers. Maybe kick and snare first.

It's boring but it's more reliable and you'll edit easier. Remember, you can always add sugar to the coffee but you can't take it out!
