Can't record in CWPA 9

Yeah, I'm running XP...that's why I wanted to get the Omni Studio running hoping there would be less problems. Couldn't even get it to work correctly. Anyways, I'll try all the setups at home. Unfortunately, I'm at work right now :( I'll tell you how it works out. Thanks. :)
