cant load driver

Im new to the zoom r16 . every time I try to load the drivers I get an error message from install wizard saying cant insatall because x86 processor cant be found............Im stumped any help with this would awesome

What version of Windows? Is it 32/64 bit? Did you get the driver from their website or are you using the install disc?

I am running windows 7 32 bit and I have the disc. I also tried downloading the driver. and no luck.

Try the 64bit instead:

https://www.zoom-na.com/sites/defau.../software/E_R16_R24_driver_win64_v2.0.0_0.zip

I tried the 32bit on Windows 64bit and got the same error. I wonder if you are actually running 64bit and don't know it (?). The 64bit download seems to work though.

are you sure it's Windows 7 32 bit? I have windows 7, it's 64 bit.
